Well the server is RPG and CnR based but the server is ready and we are re opening the server, the developer only have to fix the bugs. Also, we need him to make a few new scripts too and edit the current one. Are you using WiFi to open ports? If yes, then ports doesn't open on WiFi

Okay, first of all remove the old ports then go to mtaserver.conf and change the server port and http port ( increase both of them by 1) and try opening port again, it may work.
