this is a folder, not file. also - from where are you trying to delete it? it should be \MTA INSTALLATION FOLDER\server\mods\deathmatch\resources\ NOT \MTA INSTALLATION FOLDER\mods\deathmatch\resources\

there's SlothBot (a ped bot) - but you still need to know scripting to use it - it's just a helper. there are not driving bots.
