it all depends on resources running. but i had 128MB VPS, and memory usage was always around 70MB, when server was empty, and when i had around 40 players.
ranges are fine.
consecutively 24h online. or manually.
there is only like 50% chance it's 192.168.1.2, some routers have default starting range set to *.*.*.10 (idk why), some could have another.

ive seen only one server with fps mode (but i was playing only in 2-3 servers, then on own server, tried totally like 20 servers only!) - and it had aiming

you cant replace textures of elements without ID (radar is onscreen thing, and doesnt have an ID). btw, it should be scriptable to make own radar. but hard as hell! and it won't be just replacing one txd, but rewriting whole thing. and radar IS complicated thing, even if it looks simple

MTA is not working correctly on Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset.
but btw: "graphic cards" on Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset ARE NOT even real graphic cards.
just dont install handling edits, just put your new model in game - it will be working.
if you want only to use map editor and not to play on server - you can disable file checking on your own server (map editor IS local server, with map editor resource running).
go to
\MTA\server\mods\deathmatch
and edit editor.conf with notepad
and add there
<verifyclientsettings>0</verifyclientsettings>
(i havent had this setting at all, but if you have it already (search before adding!) - it will be set to "-1", so set it to "0")
reinstalling the game and system and everything won't help with serial changing - this is what i can tell you. stop trying - it's worthless.
