All files specified in meta.xml are loaded when resource starts. There is no way to stop/start only one lua file.

Interior objects liked to losing their collision after replacing, or generally: all "small" objects (with low LOD default value). At least in 1.0.3, not tested in 1.0.4 or 1.1.

The problem is when you want to use your object multiple times onClientElementStreamIn and onClientElementStreamOut wouldn't be enough, every stream out you will have to get all objects within stream range, check if there is object with your ID, then unload object if there isn't any other object with this id.
