Idea's: It should be nice if you can make different keys, like you give 1 key to guy1, and the other key to guy2, and then if you don't want guy1 to come in, but guy2 may, delete key1. A doorbell, that if you're at home you can open the door (or not). And some function to lock/unlock your house (that everyone can enter)
