well thats just your game shutting down, not the pc shutting down, basically your game crashes, do you have any mods? (You have to play MTA on a clean install), or are you playing on a server with cheaters? cuz they cause the game to crash too, ive also noticed if someone leaves game while they are still in a car on mta, it causes the game to crash for a few people

Point is, the objects in single player doesnt have to be syncd to anything else, just you and they limit the frames so people with good pc's dont have an advantage over people with poor pc's

i find using the mouse while driving helps, specially around a blind corner

You could try the gtaforums, its full of stuff like that, personally i got the interior co-ords i need from the sp scm
