I think its quite easy to hit someone with the weapon. The thing is, once they do your hp goes through the floor. If you are playing someone who isnt a newbie, you dont get many chances to kill them unless you are extremely careful with a pistol or uzi. Cause they sure as hell wont let you attack from a distance, as long as they can reach you. I never fight close combat in the open with these guys unless I feel like a long, boring, drawn out challenge. They can chase me to somewhere with a car, so I can get in, drive a little bit, and get back out undamaged, before the car explodes. Else use my extraordinary car noobing skills incase I get tired of the flaming whores. A neat secret to beating this is fighting on hills. They can flame away, but they are gonna just flame through the ground, while your bullets go diagonal.

I'm merely saying its not an option to take them out, despite all the pressure that comes with it. It would hurt the popularity of the mod I think just by having those little bars taken away. I used to watch them very closely myself. Since MTA projects take such a long period of time. The joke was, since you cant really remove them, but the percent cant change everyday due to undeterminable project time, to make the counters go by 0.01 so people can always get that happiness everyday about an increase, lol.

Before you get a wild up about it, play mtavc .1 for awhile. Then think to yourself: if you didnt like that, dont expect much from San Andreas for a LONG time. Not to mention Im sure there will have to be lots of limitations, that games simply too big to be hacked well by a team so small. Unless they are dedicated and work at it for a long time. We'll see if theres even the possibility of getting San Andreas .1 going in the community. I love GTA3/VC and am all for seeing them improved. Waiting another year for a crappy San Andreas .1 that won't do almost any of the things you mentioned? no thanks...

It can be software problems, viruses, hardware dying, accidently messaged somethin to your girl that was meant for someone else ( -yea i did that to my friend he was cussing some guy out and he hit copy and brung up the window so I quickly hit paste and enter, he freaked out, but that was FUNNY not bad ). Mine is: I woke up one morning for school, I left my computer on all night because I had some download going (cant remember what it was but it was HUGE). I wake up to a blinking underscore in MSDOS. At this point I'm like "wtf...", naturally I try to reboot, but my computer just makes the most bizarre beeping noise and does nothing. My HDD had died. I went through school knowing I wasn't gonna be using the computer for a few weeks and I was gonna have to reinstall EVERYTHING. That happened last year, worst thing that happened since I started using computers around 1992. My computer wasn't acting up then either. Very evil surprise.

I'm not for going back, I'm for seeing some things changed to be fixed. If a few things MUST go back because theres no other way to make them work great again, then fine (m60 - example). It is a beta and they are always trying new things.. thats good. I don't want to see 0.5.1 simply be a better version of 0.3, I want to see something new, with some new and better features. Still, the vets have spoken and I'm with them. 0.5 is not as good as the older versions. It has some greats pros but theres too many cons. Hopefully 0.5.1 will change my mind. The true vets are few and far between, but theres certainly been enough saying things in this thread thats for sure. Hopefully 'complaints' will be looked at as 'whats wrong with MTA, suggested fixes', instead of 'They are annoying, just tell us the bugs/problems)

Well it would make a person certainly reconsider using a car as a noob weapon... but hell I get enough car blow-up deaths already. I think its pretty good already. If you didn't have the getup-shoot-kill so you can bail out without getting ripped off by a stubby, possibly I'd really like this.
