hello i am a bit confused something = {} something[#something+1] = {playerElement} something[#something+1] = {"text","another text",someVariable} so how would i find an exact thing that i want to delete? how would i know the id of thing to remove? looping through it wouldnt help as in gallardo's example it would need to be v[1][1] for example at line 2 if anyone can help me please do

alright thanks. just out of curiosity is there any other way to add/remove things in a table? i mean where it gets looped and stuff

but if i have thousands of things in my table, how can i find out which "ID" is the thing which i want to remove? also how come other scripts can use the above method with source like mine? i saw freeroam lots of times using playerBlips[source] = nil and it worked for them -- well, something like this.

yes its an element, i also tried putting strings in the table,everything on runcode as well and it just wouldnt remove it from table(checked by unpack function) here an easy working example randomTable = {} a = "i need to get removed from a table seriously" table.insert(randomTable,a) -- its inserted randomTable[a] = nil -- should remove it but doesn't for me.

hello, if source element is in a table why can't i remove it like this? playersTable[source] = nil the player is still in table somehow edit: could it be because im inserting values with table.insert?

put font line outside DxMenu function it just hurts me knowing that font would be created over 50 times in a second... edit: please give information what debugscript 3 says

not sure but multiple times using fileOpen on same file without closing can also cause issues with fileOpen(but i don't know if this is issue with your script)

umm... fullscreen: http://www.upload.ee/image/4429500/wtf.PNG So this server has a fake playercount and fake playerslot number(how do you even do that?) This server has always the same custom fake server list including the player Troll This is obviously a troll server When you connect to it, it redirects you to another empty server but how could this be possible?fake playercount...how? or is this a MTA Team joke? ...answers i need them xdd...

Or you can use it like this weaponList[getWeaponNameFromID(id)] To retrieve weapon name, but you would have to define id to make it work

hi i need somebody to help me with this how can i calculate the requried velocity x,y,z arguments to throw player away from the colshape in exact opposite direction? like if i was coming from left side to the colshape it would throw me on left side, but behind and not front. please help me if you know how to calculate this direction for setElementVelocity

hello there i was messing around with projectile function(createProjectile) and it was fun yeah but i don't really know how to change projectile's path to be more clear this is what i want to do - i get in let's say s.w.a.t. vehicle because it has a turret - i click a key and it fires a rocket depending on turret rotation and position i know how to make a projectile, bind a key and that stuff but i don't know how to do the following 1) create that projectile exactly on (getVehicleTurretPosition) which doesn't have a z value? 2) set projectile's rotation exactly to follow the direction of turret(if pointed to air, it would go in that direction;air) 3) make that projectile really fast without it actually changing original direction i have ended up with just projectiles going all around who knows where, they seem also to be like flies(just go and circle around for no reason) if anyone can help me with those projectile directions,rotations i would appreciate it,thanks.

can you give me an easiest example of downloading a "example.txt" file with those file functions and latent events? i haven't really used latent events before so i don't want to make a massive mistake D:

if using simple script with a single line downloadFile("asf$ #435 34%#$#W ER čl34 -5#$#JSD]˘^˘˛°˛.txt") worked fine and downloaded well then that just can't be the case unless the table is passing values incorrectly

i have found out that it was a host problem about downloading files because some test examples didn't work (like easiest example of downloadFile), but still musicpanel isn't downloading anything properly, leaving files at 0 byte of size. though my music panel still isn't downloading. The only possible error i could have caught is this. BASS ERROR 1 in LoadMedia path:C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.4\mods\deathmatch\resources\musicpanel\Eric Saade - Popular.mp3 3d:0 loop:
