It will work. The reported issues were about Windows 8.1 ( low FPS rate )

It'll be also abuse-able and we'll see lots and lots of tricks to get private things (e.g login info of some website).

Are you using Windows 10? If so, then you'll have to wait for a new build to come or until the MTA team solves the problem when Win10 gets officially released. I am using widowns 8.1. enough friends commented on this low FPS of 1.5 mta problem. No offense, but windows 8.1 sucks.

CPU usage doesn't exceed 10% with Firefox, lots and lots of programs and MTA:SA.

Would be nice if you used your own resources, however you stated the community resources that you used and who made it and I think people should learn from you. P.S: If you can't script, don't make a server, just join one.

Already did and also tried to switch graphics to my high performance card but instead I got lower FPS rate ...

@myonlake, what's related between uptime and support? I guess you gave weird example. ON-TOPIC: Hosted will get you support and 24/7 uptime, you won't need to keep your PC on the whole day, also you won't have to worry about ping, because if you tried to download something using your own PC (unhosted) your players will suffer bad time-outs. If you don't want to try your luck with the hosted, you can start your own server using your PC until it gets players then you can switch to the hosted one.

Now, we'll see porn servers .. PERFECT.

Also, We all know, any "community of" server is just a copy of CIT. If you can't make a decent server, with your own resources, play in a decent one.

I actually have i5-2410m ( sandy bridge ) with AMD 1GB and I can run nearly all servers at 17 FPS. The funny thing that I can run GTA V with higher FPS.
