I think the hunter weapons should be activated but the team should make it hard for people to die with these weapons.

go to the windows folder on your hard drive and find the file called "MTA" and delete it. Next time you open the MTA client it will ask you were is the gta-vc.exe located . Then you just tell the client were it is and it should work . IF it doesnt Delete MTA and install it again

No man it is jsut the entire pc . This is has nothing to od wiht MTA . Your video card processor or Ram memory is low

Try this : Go to Options>Controls> and press the botton that will change all control settings to default. You should do this before reinstalling the game . Because if it works it will save you sometime.

Cheating is everywere. All games have cheaters . And i'll say that it is almost impossible to stop cheating . It is a human thing of wanting to have more advantages in a game than other players so... We just have to make it harder for them to hack the game

Yeah i think it is a firewall problem I had the same problem with MTA . So now all i do is Disable to firewall everytime i go play MTA. There is another way but it is very difficult . You have to change firewallports and settings . Try disabling the firewall and then see if it works . DOnt forget the windows firewall ! What happened to me was different . I kepped being kicked out of the server . So i asked the Admin and they syaid it was my firewall. And i was only using the Windows Firewall .

You cant . It is a connection problem ... It is a "Bug" . Not enough information is sent from one pc to another . Almost every one experience this .

ok ... So there is an odd of me metting ONE of the gang members in 200 servers .... I prefere sending an e-mail to someone , and then we can meet in a server and he can seel my skills .

yes this would work . We did this alot in MTA:VC 1.0 . I made a modded VC and recorded it into a cd and gave it to my friends . and he would install it and play with me on a Modded VC.
