It is recommended to set 45 FPS on Race servers because some of PC's can't reach 100 FPS. When Race server would have 100 FPS, players with better hardware would have advantage over players with screwed hardware.

Nisam ni znao do nedavno da postoje MTA servri, mislio sam da je to samo map editor, pa mi je neke stvari objasnio NikDelgad.. Sad sam uvjeren da je ovo 100 puta bolje od Smpa da mi je napravit jedan dobar Zombie server Pa bravo, pozovi i ostale SA:MP frendove ovdje, mozda su i oni isto mislili sto si i ti mislio. Zombie server mozes napravit lako, sa Slothmanovim zombie resursom.
