    CPU usage goes to maximum

    I don't know why, but It started to lag when I installed Norton Antivirus 2012, till then... every time when I ran MTA it lagged as hell. Uninstalled Norton, still was lagging, uninstalled MTA completely and installed drivers Towncivilian provided above every thing was good. I've actually never overclocked my CPU and always played Games on HD without lag ( Even with single core ).
