Dang, I don't know if my PC is going to support it, I can with GTA 4 maxed out but 15 - 20 fps, should this game run at min settings? I'm asking that because a bad PC can run GTA:SA maxed out but it CAN'T run GTAIV.

Kool, you used an executable for install the Gui and when you don't want it anymore you can uninstall it... that's good! I'd rate this 4/5, it doesn't have a gui.png image (it's not shown in the post).

Map editor isn't actually for movies or those stuff, if you want only the freecam resource (without map editor), I recommend to use the resource called "cam_cm" by Qais on community.

Tried it and it's not scaled by screensize and lags as hell in old computers, also I don't like to use community resources, I prefer self-made ones.
