Mmmm... Prueba a instalar el último parche de DirectX y prueba de nuevo. Si no funciona, crea un reporte de dxdiag: Apreta Windows + R. Escribe "dxdiag". Espera a que aparezca una pantalla con un símbolo de X grande como icono. Si sale "Guardar información" (Save all info), "apachúrrale" (). Luego, postea el reporte acá y enciérralo entre tags [ code ] [ /code ] (arriba del campo de edición del post donde escribes, hay un botón que dice CODE, entre QUOTE y LIST. Seleccionas todo el texto del reporte y apretas el botón CODE).
