no you havent quite understood what i meant, you said you understand what you are modding, speed and etc well if you keep the speed, acceleration and some other things the same and only change the numbers that make the mod appear normal just like you said ride height for example and size and what ever

you say its impossible to to have modded models without modding the whole of hangling. well if you what you are doing this is very easy to avoid. for example the only things that you need to mod in the handling config for the model to work correctly are the size parameters. if you keep some thjings the same like the max speed, acceleration, weight, suspension etc. then that can hardly be called cheating. effectevly you still have the same car only in a new skin.

scripts likle this have already been used on numerous servers, but cant remember which ones, it was exactly like described here, map played too much, strting random map. and it isnt very hard to script yourself either

hehe well evry1 is entitled to their opinion anyway back on topic, the idea is heading into a good direction, but as i understand it, the new admin system will let you ban people with a reason, like you have to select a reason from a dropdown menu or someething and those banned for cheating could be shared and then this would work really nice

what i am a moron ? i am talking to youy seriously for gods sake! after all i am not saying every cheater has to be not banned but some people do use it for good things. If you ever watched any mta stunt movie i can almost garantee that some sort of hax were used and i also can garantee that you enjoyed some of those movies..... i am not protecting cheaters, i am mearly saying that not evry one is out there tyo ruin our gameplay

no come on you cant say that every cheater has to be banned evrywhere, for example some members of teh mta team often go on a stunt server that allows it and use health hax for stunting only and thats perfectly fine if you ask me, after all you are not disrupting any1's gameplay

this will only work if you know that the ip belongs to a cheater, after all some people are banned for bad behaviour or in some cases for no reason or mistaken identity.

sorry to ring this up again but a recently got hold of radeon X850XT and guess what in the same points on the map i have the same old 2fps now noone can tell me that my gpu isnt powerful enough i think there is a problem with my sa be cause it's a russian copy.

is the map editor gonna be in the 1st release cos the video had some custome maps in it
