Well if you or your hoster has a bad connection people will lag so u will need a pretty good connection to host servers

Well there are already cheats for MTA:SA thats wot i know...and CKY is already using them to...last time i saw a guy named: CKY.BAM fukin cheating in 1 of the MTA:SA Servers...They are famous in MTA:VC to as hackers

I think this things can be added in MTA:SA DM but i agree with girder...it will take some time before MTA:SA DM is out..

ye Fraps is a good program but if u want screenshots just use the screenshot key.... Fraps is downloadable @ http://www.fraps.com/download.php btw if u make movies with Fraps u can compress them with VirtualDub downloadable @ http://www.free-codecs.com/download/VirtualDub.htm
