Depends on the people in the server.. If there are over 60 people in a server, I would have agree with you, but if there are less than 15, I dont.

People should just agree about what will be allowed and what not.. I think 7/10 of almost all the people will play with only their keyboard and mouse..

Well, I think you should have choose a council first, and before you gonna start a clan, you have to know which possibilities there are. You just have to know sure if someone can host a forum / main site or server.. what would be the best for your clan. (And dont forget the activity too!) And if you're gone for a period of time, but when there still is a active council member, you could give him a chance, working on the clan, although, thats what I think.

Enabling a feature so you can view a race in someones server, would be a good idea .. But yes, like Joriz said, you can easly see at ASE what kind of server lays in Australia

Would be cool if there were several server you could d/load so there are different maps like TDM or CTF, just as example..

Well, IF barrels are exploding, you know? Like in the destruction derby, and it doesnt explode at their screen, because they're lagging to hard.. Is that called desynced or just lagg? Because you should have to see the same as a lagger does, although it takes a little bit longer before the comp of a lagger reconizes it.

I guess you'd already know your hardware, if it can handle games like GTA or not.

There were also American people playing in dutch servers, and they didnt extremely lagg. They had a ping of 150 or smt, and a ping doesn't always say everything.. And it's not that America is one step away from Holland.. Although I'm talking about MTAVC now.

Well, I think we could use a login system too, I dont like the way how the admin system go neither.

So you'd like to let other people see someone kicking you without typing any reason? Who knows.. Although, I think we wouldnt care too

Hmm.. I've only made a new folder in the map ''Rockstar Games'', like: GTA San Andreas Mod, and copied everything to that map..

Like you'll ever play all the 250 maps or even more, I'm sure people will switch maps constantly, because the one doesn't like freeroam, or the other don't want to race, and they'll just put a map they really like.

Did you try to install it at an other place in your hard disk? Because that worked succesfully here, I've also deleted the whole map C:\Fraps, where it's auto. to directed when you're installing Fraps. I hope that will work..
