are there any plans for GTA 4 to come out for PCs too some time later? i'd have to buy a new one to run it anyway:P

i don't pay for anything related to computers except the hardware anyway so i probably wouldn't pay anything but that does not mean i don't appreciate what an awesome amount of work the team has put into this, you rule

i have played it for the last year and it is awesome cmpared to SA:MP, that's why i'm still sticking around these forums waiting for MTA:SA DM, after it comes out the first thing i'll do will be to uninstall SA:MP

i have a confession to make in the long time of waiting for MTA:SA DM to come out i have crossed over to the Dark side! yes, i have started playing SA:MP well anyway that mod is really fun to play and well made, but there is one problem: it crashes every 15 minutes. i hope the MTA team can make a game that crashes less

just go play on another server, there are lots of servers out there.

well if you're sure you ave a DVD drive and your GTA:SA DVD works on other computers your drive is probably broken. the same thing happened to me a year ago, it was reading and recording CDs properly, but couldn't read DVDs, actually i think i was trying to install GTA:SA at the time too, but that was probably a coincidence. i got it repaired and now it works fine.

you officially can't get out of your car, but i remember once there was a bugged map and everybody spawned without their cars so we could run around and fight nobody understands how it happened though and the bug has probably been fixed the DM will be out soon enough, just play the race version while you wait

hm, maybe bots would not consume as much bandwidth if they only interacted with the server when they spawned and after that followed the exact same program which would be a part of MTA (the path on which they walked and the way they reacted to players) so they would react to the same situation in the same way and the only other time they would use bandwidth would be to message the server that they have bumped into a player or have been killed. i hope my idea can be realised in some way

take your time, i know programming is hard and you need time for it so you guys just make sure everything works perfectly even if it takes another half a year

sooo... what is the difference between this and a regular race again? if i understand you correctly everybody starts on one end of the map and has to reach the end checkpoint as soon as possible. and the end checkpoint is the only one in the race. there are lots of maps like this already in the game, most of them finish on mount chiliad

it might also be fun if 100 people spawned at the same time at completely random locations around SA and then hunted each other down, every man for himself

from my experience from MTA:VC gang wars usually don't work out well, there all the sailors always killed each other

if we consider the above question from a logical point of view we can conclude that everybody who visits this forum is interested in MTA:SA and those who vote they're not interested are lying or maybe they are just silly because they visit a website they're not interested in

but agree with the guy anyway, we all have lots of time and the longer the team works on the DM the better it will be and while we wait we can still play the MTA:SA race. so team please take all the time you need and good luck!

it was a fun server, i enjoyed killing people in hunters from my RC baron on the desert map, i really miss that thing but the cheaters were kind of annoying, there were always people who shot their tanks forward very fast to smash innocent bystanders.

actually i missed a checkpoint and turned back to get it, but because of the stupid camera i didn't see that thing. anyway this one is better

i have an ATI mobility radeon 9600 with 64 MB and i didn't notice any performance differences with maximum or minimum draw distrance, just the laptop heats less.
