nah, game doesn't work minimised, the've already said. its not possible because you would freeze (like if you were frozen by the moderator) due to it only sending data when the game is makeing frames and the game pauses when you minimise. even if you could minimise only in spectator, how would you know when the next race was starting in order to start playing?

no, i think he means something just for MTA. Everyone in the world has 2 wires going to their house, one for internet and one for MTA. you could have one big server and play it as an mmporg (with a few player limit tweeks) with 10000 odd playing on one map. lots of spawnpoints..... and imagine how boring it would be waiting for the last player to die in freeroam.... vote cancelled 8256-2314.....

Hell yeah, that would be amazing would deal with the too easy to run away problem so well. Whoever makes CTF needs to implement that (whether it be the team, or when the SDK comes out)

would love to see it one day, they would have to implement something that meant no one could get in a plane with the flag like UT2004, itherwise you could get the flag to your base in 10 seconds before anyone could stop you. and imagine trying to catch someone on that really fast bike (can't remember the name) Impossible.

well put, MTA shouldn't just be a multiplayer gta, it should be a game based on gta but is far better, thats what mods are, attempts to recreate the game differently, in the hope that it is more fun.

yea, i reckon that someone will make a lan version with everything the same but with many people but would take 100mbit lan to work. would take a bit of work to make it run though. id try it but i can't do any programming etc.

MTA has too much to do anyway, when the SDK comes out you can do this yourself (or ask someone to do it for you)
