They're not stupid, they can't read. In my opinion I guess Most people who upload car mods don't understand english well. Someone should edit the community, with that big red sentence of yours, varez. (I want a big V ) And it should be with all the supported language available!

Whoops! Late reply Thanks for the test! I'm sure this will be useful when the handling function is released. Very innovative design. I like it. But one thing for sure is that some bugs weren't fixed yet. You should go and fix it. When this resource is bug-less, I'll give a 10. Score: 9/10 (Proves better when handling is released)

Fantastic! Why not make it public? The Glowing Adventure is really glowing, I like it! One good example for most DM mappers out there.
-
Me too! I really wanted to copy some of the handlings found on GTA modding websites! I'm downloading MTA SA 1.1, first time using a nightly build for me

hmm, I see that the only difference is that crazyserega1994's is that he has an ingame "wiki" for us. Well crazy's is better too for me. Suggestion: Add examples on each and every functions so people who are confused can just look over this resource while editing it ingame. I'm going to help you by updating the function list (adding 1.1 functions and events and also stating if this is 1.1 onwards). Let's see if I can do it. But I have to wait for updates of the wiki in order to complete it. (Some new functions aren't filled up yet) Crazy, can you make the version detector from functions and events? Something like below: If you're using MTA SA version 1.0.4 or lower and looking at 1.1 onwards functions, output below return: "This function is only for version 1.1 onwards." with red GUI label. Else If you're using MTA SA version 1.0.4 or lower and looking at 1.1 onwards events, output below return: "This event is only for version 1.1 onwards." with red GUI label. Else, nothing. After you finished, I'll give you the recently updated XML, and post it on Community again.

If that limit is on one server, That's beyond of all I've seen in the whole world's servers... It's not even possible, the internet must be very very heavy! Keep going developers of MTA SA!
-
Somewhat I saw a freeroam server a long ago, that they have the ingame script editor. The problem is that I can't paste my code to that box where you could write scripts. But probably works if it's an edit box. I was in the same problem. Btw what's the difference between Memo and Edit?
-
Hmm, I remember one day there's weekly tutorials. I know it's sad to suddenly not continuing their work. But hey wiki is already enough to make you start going. Maybe you should look around scripts and look how they do it.
-
Shh. Don't need to shout like that. Btw Multiple votes was a problem to most of the clan members. I request Rhbk to remove this feature or make a "cancel" choice in multiple votes. So that's my idea. Anyway what's the progress now?

Wait a sec! It's another indonesian. Greetings. Personally I don't like full capital. This way of posting was popular by indonesian users, especially on Kaskus (www.kaskus.us <-- The most popular Indonesian multi-purpose forums)

Voted just for you MTA SA! SA-MP can only stand and see MTA SA getting to the top 100. Anyway, I was out for a while, I'm playing another game. I could go back here soon.

Sorry for late answer! Actually, I took this from San Andreas Retextured mod.

Someone just put a glue over this thread!

Nice but: You can't use turkish here, use English, as the forum rules said. Instead of posting all the codes here, you can post it on the community. Well that's all I can say! -
Voted! Go MTA SA, Bow to us SA-MP!! The unique thing about this is like Sven Coop; Released back in the past, and still growing till now. I hope this mod become one of the editor's choice.

Was 18 WoS called 18 Wheels of Steel? Oh yeah truck race! Deliver gas to a gas station! Maybe some of those features could be an add-on for freeroam. Good luck!
-
Good tip! Well use this topic if they need help of RCG, someone could make a video tutorial to make this clearer.
-
Just to keep it on top, any way around from my previous post?
-
Sorry for late reply! Anyway, those are not bugs. Here I will be telling reasons: 1. Oxygen: Instead, I keep it as the GTA HUD, because oxygen functions aren't implemented yet. 2. Wanted Stars: It's part of my project. Now I'm trying to create custom wanted functions to make it visible. Check this topic: viewtopic.php?f=91&t=28127 (In here I cancelled that part of script, but now I rebirth it, and make the wanted stars usable again.

Thanks buddy! I'll give it a try. Hmm, now here's my question: How do I get player's data and their crime range element data? Cause I'm still a beginner in scripting, sorry about that. After I am able to do the ones above, there will be wanted stars, something like this: function wantedstars() wantedlevel = getElementData (crimerange) -- Wanted level DX images if wantedlevel <100 then -- Draw nothing (Wanted level 0) elseif wantedlevel >=100 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 1 elseif wantedlevel >=250 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 2 dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) elseif wantedlevel >=500 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 3 dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) elseif wantedlevel >=1000 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 4 dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) elseif wantedlevel >=2000 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(0,0,0,100),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 5 dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) elseif wantedlevel>=4000 then dxDrawImage(1003.0,556.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) -- Wanted level 6 dxDrawImage(1003.0,578.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,600.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,620.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,642.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) dxDrawImage(1003.0,663.0,16.0,19.0,"images/star.png",0.0,0.0,0.0,tocolor(255,255,255,200),false) else outputChatBox("Invalid data") end (Where's the LUA tags? O_o) Sorry Static-X, I'm editing while you posted it. I didn't think that would work. You should store the player's data (so when the player joins again, the crime range stays). It's an RPG, that's why.

Sorry for the big bump, but looks like Gangsta RPG needs custom wanted stars script. So yeah this time there's a chance if it's only available for one server... So how would the script look like? My idea is: What do you think? Anybody could give better calculations? Can anybody give an example on how to make it?
-
Developer test maybe? kevenz, I'm making the HUD right now. I'll be posting the progress. Progress right now: 50% Well, just finished the design. Now I have to script all over again. At least it will be better in the end. Here's what it looks like. I'm trying to follow the layout. Info: The weapon icons is still a placeholder, you'll see it when the HUD is finished.
-
Right. I will be working this out in Friday. (I can't work on Monday - Thursday, school business ahead.) I don't need to put a chatbox as it was already there. Before I work on this, I have some questions: 1. Where should I put the ammo? Beside, Above, or under the weapon icon or somewhere else? 2. Do you need something like DX rectangles for design? 3. What font do you want for time & ammo? Here are the choices: - "default": Tahoma - "default-bold": Tahoma Bold - "clear": Verdana - "arial": Arial - "sans": Microsoft Sans Serif - "pricedown": Pricedown (GTA's theme text) - "bankgothic": Bank Gothic Medium - "diploma": Diploma Regular - "beckett": Beckett Regular
-
Woo, advanced scripting techniques... What are you making this for? Accessories like hats or something? Just curious of your intention...
-
I am ready to help you for the HUD design & code. You tell the layout of the HUD, and I'll do it.
