All depends, where did you see these screenshots? The only screenshots were we have seen perhaps some kind of mods is the development and screenshots of BLUE, the modified blood texture. etc. Not unless on the other hand you`ve seen people modding while in game activity.

Ha, i remember Vigilante 8 for the old playstation. Adding weapons into the vehicles i think would be changing the whole style of San Andreas, though i cant complain because perhaps it would be a bit of fun for a while even though i`d rather keep the heavy weapons in my characters hands then driving around with them.

Have you changed any of the controller settings in single player? Perhaps if the outcome still does not work, try to reinstall the whole game again, if you havent already done so.

Ha, another cheater trying to back himself up and blame the cause due to the lag of the mod, always these repetitive quotes heh. Saying he wants the advantage does suck because its not making the guy a better player in what he is trying to do. Skipping around all the cars wont get him noticed much neither, causing a stupid reputation for himself for future releases. >,<
