no i havent its just harder to people hit when their pings r higher than mine and lag and it wouldnt help if they were invincible or sumthin and i just realised hes talking bout GTA 3 and me dont play it

y would u want that cause than u wont be able to kill them and it becomes annoying and u waste all your bullets when yr trying to hit them and with high pings and lag it wouldnt help
