What do you mean? if you save a file on Map editor, it auto creates a new directory with the *.map file inside.

This means you don't have the module, make a folder named 'modules' and put king.dll on it.

Do you mean, you need to setup a Mysql server for an script/gamemode? Download the Mysql module here: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Mysql then, you should get "xampp" to setup a mysql server (If you don't have one already)
