You're getting kicked due to the anticheat detecting some sort of unwanted program you're running (un)intentionally (a trainer). If you have no clue about running trainers or any program at all that could interfere with MTA, then consider performing a full antivirus scan of your device in order to try and detect that unwanted program and remove it. If this is not possible, you should also consider performing a clean reinstall of your OS. It's up to you to figure out which program you've installed/are running intervenes with the anticheat.
