Applying texture to the vehicle. I suppose they split a GIF apart into pngs and created a "progress" of it. Eg. Png files = 1.png, 2.png, 3.png So you create a counter from 1 to 3, and apply that texture to the vehicle.

You probably need to save the pixels of the texture in stead of the texture. As textures are client-side only elements, which should not be able to sync.(Just in case if you get stuck there) https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/DxGetTexturePixels Even though a better way would be saving the file names, as every client does already have the textures.

You'll have to create the synchronization for it. Using maybe an element-data, which would tell if he needs to load any textures on that car. You'll have to find your way around.

Great resource! Thanks! I think I have found a minor "bug". Create window with 1 or better 2 editboxes. Use only right mouse button or middle mouse button to select editboxes, you will see that caret appears, but if you will try to enter text - it won't enter.

Use getRealTime. For the sound, you can use playSound, chat is outputChatBox.
