Imagine you have a gamemode and you forbid a certain vehicle, but players still end up driving them and they are infact spawned. It can be a resource vulnerability, multiple scripts on your server can spawn vehicles, or a hack like LUA injector that enables them to be spawned. You want to find out the origin of these vehicles in order to debug the responsible resource (knowing which script contains a possible vulnerability or bug) and need a debug script to find out the culprit. Ofcourse you can just script the violating vehicles to blow up or destroy as soon spawned, but I can understand you also want to know what's actually happening. I had this scenario myself, fixed and found it out myself. It's a waste to just put this script in the bin, so I share it with others that may find themselves with the same or a similar problem. It wasn't easy either to find a proper way to let it work. By default (as code above) it's defined to trigger for vehicle ID 432 (rhino) you must change this ofcourse. So what this does, is log the responsible resource if possible that made the vehicle get spawned, and logs the players in direct vinicity of the vehicle as soon it starts to exist, most of the times the player closest to the vehicle is the creator or spawner so you can identify them, punish player/ask them for details about the leak if you're sure that could be them. If it's a LUA injector hack it's likely no usable resource origin (spawner) will be output, you can determine a player using hacks possibly this way.2 points

Step 4 (add yourself as VIP) Finally, you need to add yourself as VIP in the cinema panel. In order to do that, enter the cinema and press F2 to open up the cinema panel. Welcome to Dynasty Network, Yeah we had a topic before the cleanup but this time we cameback bigger and better. Our topic will be managed way better then it was before and i'll put all my time into keeping this up to date also backups will be made daily. I hope you like this @HAZJ. But that's it about the topic. Now let's head into the server and show what we are currently Developing. We are currently in Alpha state and are testing / optimising everything so you guys won't encounter bugs. This is due the fact we got a strict punishment if it goes about bug abusing and such. Getting caught using bugs etc in your advantage will result in a permanent ban. Feel free to leave a like and reaction, I would really love it since it's showing interest and that you are supporting the development of it. Haven't done anything like that by myself, but you have to use dbQuery to do this. Here is example, should be correct but not 100% sure 'cause haven't used mysql or sqlite so far. I imagine that a race server is as vulnerable as any other server, however if you never had any problems with cheaters the first answer that comes to mind very well be no. You should keep in mind however, once someone wrote a cheat/hack of some sort for your server it is to late. Especially a highly competitive server like race can be destroyed by a hacker within hours. Imagine someone writes a code injection that completely overwrites his vehicles handling to something way over the top (high speed, acceleration, grip and control), how fun will it be for the other players? Yup, sucks. On a freeroam server one might say people can do pretty much anything anyway but the server might want to block the minigun, hydra and hunter. I've seen that or similar on a bunch of freeroam servers, for reasons obvious. Cheats you still give those things to players, etc. So all that being said the obvious answer is yes, an anti cheat makes total sense. However I just also thought of another side, if you have a private server for instance and you are absolutely sure only trusted people have access you could probably ommit anti cheat. Same if you have an absolutely reliable team, good overall security and there is always someone who can take a look at the server and ban/kick any cheaters.1 point

I see you had a similar issue a longer time ago (topic) where servers wouldnt show up in list. Do you know how to login to your router's configuration page and look for a firewall? But in order to guide you in that, please first provide the MTADiag and answer if you only have it with FFS. MTA has a very strong built in anti-cheat, you can read more about that (and how so) here and here. But still though, take a good look at this: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Script_security .. Because, despite the strenght of MTA anti-cheat, and it including many security patches to make someone writing or having a working Lua injector extremely unlikely, please always keep script security ("never trust the client") in mind, as nothing is impossible. Most servers have insufficient checking and script security in most if not all of their resources, so in the event someone has a "hacked client" (working Lua injector) they can do a lot of damage to the server, and/or gain cheating advantage for themselves or others. No matter how fast MTA is patching it, the damage would have already been dealt. I know that quite a few of the serious servers on MTA have scripters that are skilled enough to keep script security in mind, and they made it a priority. So that aspect is taken care of. But again, on most servers it's piss poor.. so I hope scripters that are reading this will understand and do something. * Note: i rewrote this post in 2020, due to high traffic and the ability to educate some people on script security.1 point

I don't see what's wrong in at least a simple anti cheat, also depending on what you understand under "anti-cheat" the answer should definitely be yes. I think you should take actions against code injections or memory alteration like AHK or Cheat Engine can perform. Also you should consider the Script Security article on the wiki. Oh and yes, I do consider this "anti-cheat"... One could also consider to take some basic actions against things like speed hacks, maybe bots (aim, minigane, etc.) and the like. Just some very basic stuff as well as logging any breaches/anomalies. This may also help to find bugs in your code... Last but not least as said before security is probably a good anti-cheat too. Don't even have resources like runcode on your server, log all admin actions and also make sure you can trust your staff.1 point

Na verdade é bem simples por meio de código. Vc só precisa saber o ID do objeto e informar uma coordenada bem próxima ao objeto, não precisa ser exatamente no centro do objeto. Para descobrir o ID de um objeto que não é selecionável, dai é algo mais complexo que exige ferramentas externas. Para isso, vamos no site http://dev.prineside.com e clicamos no botão Model Search by Map Position. Após selecionada a posição no mapa (no seu caso eu fiz no X= 1941, Y= -1744), ele vai mostrar todos os objetos (selecionáveis e não selecionáveis) em um raio de 500 metros, em ordem dos mais próximos para os mais distantes. O objeto em questão é difícil de ser detectado, pois seu modelo é microscópico. Mas se procurar com cuidado, vai perceber que o que estamos procurando é o ID 5681. Descobrimos o ID do objeto, e agora? Agora já passou a parte mais difícil, o resto é programar um script básico de remoção de objetos por ID. Para isso vamos usar a função RemoveWorldModel. Essa função é bem simples de se usar, basta informar o ID do objeto a ser removido (5681), o raio cuja remoção será aplicada (15 metros já serve) e as coordenadas do ponto onde vai começar a remoção (no seu caso: 1911.3, -1776.25, 13.38) Não podemos nos esquecer de restaurar o objeto quando o mapa for desligado, para isso usamos RestoreWorldModel. Esqueci de mencionar que o script funciona tanto em server-side quanto em client-side, mas no seu caso faça apenas server-side. O script deve ficar assim: Esse script vc adiciona junto com o resource do seu mapa. Você pode optar por deixar isso em um script separado ou deixar junto com algum script que vc já tenha no seu mapa, server-side. Vlw, flw. Deixa um Rep+ ae.1 point
