Disabling the intro movies or "splash screens"

Hey!

any way to remove the eax/nvidia and intro movies and splash screens before mta starts?.... it's long getting back in the game since you can't alt-tab( at least i cant) .... any suggestions?

you cannot skip the nVidia movie

Delete the 2 files in this folder:

C:\Program Filesz\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\movies

Problem solved.

the problem is it doesn't remove the eax and nvidia loading... kinda sucks to have to wait for them to pass...

anyway... found a few mod but nothing works with mta... oh well

Well, i've found something that works, it's an patcher that patches your gta_sa.exe to don't play anything.

But i'm not sure if i can upload it, maybe it's aginst the rules here

i believe it isnt, as they are loaded AFTER the movies. I think the MTA team can disable them tho

tried it on the original .exe ... and it gives an error about the exe being compressed or already patched... when its not... oh well...

Just rename or delete GTAtitles.mpg and Logo.mpg in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\movies\ , this should do fine.

He means the Nvidia logo, you cant skip it.

Patcher works fine for me, i have crack.. Maybe you have a wrong version? Like the african?

No lol. i've got the US version and the 1.0. Makes no sense why it's not working but whatever.

I found the following post in a forum. Maybe I could help some of you, I don´t know:

I have changed the nVidia and EAX screen with screens of my own with TXD-Editor, it doesn't makes the waiting time shorter but definately more pleasent (depending on what pictures you put in the loadscn file)

Thanks, after all these years finally no more eax and nvidia, worked perfectly fine for me on clean original euro 1.0 exe and hoodlum no-cd.

It is not good to give public links to No-CD cracks.......due to they are NOT legal! Just my opinion....
