Jesseunit Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 (edited) Yo, I made a realistic night shader, it makes the GTA world look a bit darker (configurable) when it's night. Jesseunit Posted April 22, 2013 Author Posted April 22, 2013 Holy that looks great. Yea, I wasn't supposed to release this because I'm working on my own DayZ Gamemode for MTA (You can find more information about it on my portfolio website http://jsiau.site11.com/). But I decided to release this because the effect fx file would get stolen anyway.

Jesseunit Posted April 24, 2013 Author Posted April 24, 2013 That's awesome. Zombie servers might finally look as properly creepy as they should. I agree, that's why I made it in the first place, also: your Flashlight shader is just the perfect combination with my Night shader.
Woovie Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 So I tested this script the other day... I don't know if it had interference with another script I had running, but I literally couldn't see anything. It was just a big black wall right on top of my character.

I lol'd for a couple of miliseconds right there. Anyways, try to edit the darkness in the client-sided part of the script.
MTA Team qaisjp Posted April 30, 2013 MTA Team Posted April 30, 2013 Looks sexy, how have you implemented that light/torch? Does that use shaders or is it an inbuilt something?

Jesseunit Posted May 1, 2013 Author Posted May 1, 2013 Dude, you can upload it somewhere else? I guess you're one of those humans without Google Chrome? Alright then, a new download link should pop up any moment.
