MTA SA Crashing on startup (APPCRASH)

Question

So recently my main PC died, now I have to use a really old one. I installed Windows XP (Service Pack 2 I think) , MTA didn't work, I got the MTA has encountered an error message both when it's almost done installing and after when I try to launch it. GTA:SA works fine, only MTA is giving me problems.

I later installed Windows 7 (Build 7600) , same problem. MTA ha stopped working message pops up when it's nearly finished installing and the same message when I try to launch it.

I installed vcredist from 2005 to 2013, NET framework, DirectX.

I also noticed while digging through the MTA directory, when I try to start CEFlauncher.exe I get a message saying that I'm missing .dll file (libcef.dll)

I went through the Windows Event Logs to see what errors are happening there, and found that these 2 happen when I try and launch MTA

Also, I installed MTA 1.3, because when I was using this PC as my main one a long time ago I also played MTA, and I know for sure that it worked. MTA 1.3 works, MTA 1.4 doesn't (Same error).

When I tried to run MTA Diagnostics tool, it gave me the same "APPCRASH" error. Looks like anything related to newer versions of MTA is crashing.

I'd be extremely grateful if someone could help me :)

I ran that, told me that Windows Recources Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

Here are the logs:

Well, nevermind it tells me that acces is denied when I go to open the cbs.txt.

I'll try the other steps to fix it now.

Also, forgot to mention the specs:

AMD Athlon XP (1900+ I think, not really sure) Runs underclocked now at 1.2Ghz, will restore to factory 1.7GHz

Nvidia 7300GT 512mb VRAM

1GB ram

EDIT: Ran it a second time, told me Windows Recource Protection did not find any inregrity violations.

Does MTADiag work?

If not:
1) Run dxdiag
2) Press the "Save All Information" button and save the file
3) Open the file and copy and paste the content into: https://pastebin.mtasa.com/
4) Post link here

The problem is lack of SSE2 support.

We are looking into a possible fix.

That was quick!

Well, it installs, loads, connects to a server.. but then crashes with error message "Could not load CefWeb Module"

It also happens when I go to the "Web Browser" tab in Settings.

Please generate a new MTADiag right after this occured a few times, so we can see some error details e.g in report.log, to better debug it.

We'll need to wait for @ccw, I wonder if it's the patch not removing all obstacles, or your PC running into a new problem (where other SSE-instruction set PC's would now work).

Unfortunately, the MTA web browser (CEF) requires a CPU with SSE2

Only solution is to get a newer CPU. Sorry.

Eh, if there only was a way i could remove that module...

Either way, THANK YOU. You tried your best. I doubt any other support team would've gone this far :) I'll just wait for another PC it's not worth upgrading this one.
