Ok, its like this, MTA doesnt allow cheating anywhere right? Of course they dont. People use MTA's tools to create servers and cheat on their own server. I dont think MTA allows any cheating on any server whether its their own server or a public server that allows cracked clients.

Yea,thats what i was gonna say but i forgot what it was called...basiclly cheating is cheating whether its in your backyard or somebody elses.
