Everytime i enter a server my MTA 1.3 Crashes

Hello everyone,so recently i was testing something about MTA 1.3 related to another server and every single time i join/enter a server my MTA crashes and says

It's odd that you're still using such an old MTA version, but ok.. 

Replace the file timecyc.dat with original (http://www.mediafire.com/file/0ye28f02395gj80/timecyc.dat) in GTA installation dir (Program Files > GTA San andreas > data)

If that doesn't fix it;

Please  download, extract and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Press 'n' when asked.

Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you

 

Also is it really neccesary to use MTA 1.3.5? Seems you mean in order to connect to outdated servers? Does the problem also occur when using MTA 1.5.4 on any server, or don't you use 1.5.4 at all?

If my first attempt here won't fix your problem I won't keep offering support. (limited to no support for old MTA versions like this..) @Hoba511
