This error clarifies itself, that specific server enabled special detection to block gta3.img / gta_int.img mods.

Either restore your GTA installation or those files to default, ask the server owner to allow it again (obviously they disallow it for a reason), or find another server to play on.

I got a solution for you @Sia

download these and replace them in your GTA:SA folder 

http://www.mediafire.com/download/3v9hpc8hl0dpar9/gta3.img

and you will be able to join Saur again.

NOTICE: "You will find their clone in your GTA:SA folder /models"
