Whitelist MTA in ESET, it's blocking traffic (false positive) or disable web protection temporarily and see if it helps.

Is this only happening on a certain server? (The host/http server may be flagged as malicious for some legit reason)

I go to Setup  then Security tools then disable Parental control !
And i can play in the server
