aka Blue Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 You say this would be your last request but im 100% sure that you are going to request another free resource in a few days (or hours ). We can help you if you show interest in learning. We are not slaves and we are not going to do your server scripts for free.
Guest Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Its my last request please , I don't call you slaves, you are people that knows how to script, I don't know how to call but... I need this script please ! function weapondamage() setWeaponProperty("minigun", "pro", "damage", 2) end For some reason this doesn't work maybe I do something wrong in meta file..... Can you solve this ? Only this ? PLEASE!!!!!!
xeon17 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Is this the entire script? it the script server side in meta?
Guest Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Yes its server side but it doesnt work, I tried to make to client side but doesn't work too....
xeon17 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Do this, Login > open F8 > start runcode > srun getWeaponProperty("minigun", "pro", "damage") And tell me what it outputs.
Guest Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 executed command: getWeaponProperty("minigun", "pro", "damage") Command results: 140 [number] Thats what I got when I done this steps.
xeon17 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 That means the code you showed us above was never executed. That's because the function is not attached to any event handler. Try this code: addEventHandler("onResourceStart", resourceRoot, -- resourceRoot == the resource that just started (this resource) function () setWeaponProperty("minigun", "pro", "damage", 2) end)
Guest Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Thanks,xeon17, now it works perfectly I appreciate that bro thanks again.
