I have a question, can I just move the elements of the default interface?
Or do I always have to create others from them?
I just want to get, for example:

getElementHealth

And move it!
In fact, I would like to do this with everyone, such as:

getTime
getPedWeapon
getPedArmor
getPedAmmoInClip
getPedTotalAmmo
getPedOxygenLevel
getPlayerMoney
getPlayerWantedLevel

I do not want to create another, I want the standard, you know?

You can't move the default HUD elements as far as I know. You can however create your own or a similar one  using GuiEditor, then use the functions you listed to get the data you want, such as time, weapon, money etc then post here if you need any help. Ooooor.... just get a HUD from the Community... just sayin'... :/

But I know, I want to know why I can not do this? And if there is a way, I would like to learn...

You simply cannot move the default HUD as it is part of GTA, not MTA. You can instead hide the original one and make a replacement in dxDraw* and move that replica around however you want.
