Problem with running Mta

Hi all, i have a problem when i start mta and it shows me this error. I tried do download these two programs and its all the same, then i tried to reinstall Gta and download another Mta but still it won't work.

I want ti fix my mta with 0.3.7 objects anyone know what is the issue?

 i don't know what to say you are asking for help and ccw already gave you a mta diag tool to give us the log to check the problem and you didn't share the log in here so you have to share it or no one can do anything about that.
