я играл в mta 1.5.2 и решил скачать чит,но он оказался не рабочим ,я играл дальше юез чита,купил гив панель все хорошо,установил 1.5.3 зашёл а там бан?за что,я не играл с читом!!! CF214B0E4FAB24B241AD2EB1061A43B2 ,надеюсь на вашу помощь...

what I get from your explanation is that you ''only'' loaded an hack/didn't play with it, because it didn't work.

Well loading it is already wrong, and if I understand from this you got a global MTA ban, it's well deserved and justified for (trying to) load a cheat tool. 

Wait out the ban and consider it a lesson, then. That the cheat didn't work/was patched doesnt disqualify you from a ban, you wanted to cheat.
