For the Aussies who want to take off any censoring in GTA.

This is to show how to take off any censoring in gameplay, such as hooker woohoo and misc.

1. Go to Control Panel

2. Click on Regional Options

3. Change location from Australia to United States

They are physically different exe, hence the incompatibility issues with MTA. Perhaps they check that value, but that seems kinda strange if they've already removed the "offending" stuff...

I was talking to an aussie about this a while back, replacing the exe with an american one solves all censoring issues. the hooker models weren't removed, or the animation of them bending down in front of a car. just the code is changed.

I doubt that the regional option effects gta, but it couldn't hurt.

Well Sloth, I got my GTA3 game in the Phillippines (Where piracy is very common) so I'm not exacly sure where the EXE came from. But I did try try the trick anyhow and it worked.
