How to run two mtasa on single computer.

I need to test some of my scripts but i need another player, unfortunately I only own 1 laptop so can i run two mtasa on single laptop?

Yes, you can if your laptop supports virtualization. Then you can run it with VMWare.

Its not free, i want free option and i don't think virtual machines work i tried with virtualbox but not working...

First check if your computer supports virtualization, if it doesn't then you can't run 2 MTAs.

I have done this on Linux by running two instances of Wine and an instance of MTA in each of them. Not sure if there's any solution other than virtual machines on Windows.

Virtual Box works fine for me.

A bit laggy but good enough for tests.

For latency related testing I'm using WANem.

You could rent a Windows server 2012 machine from Vultr to test stuff where you need multiple players, it's also a virtualization based solution. Not free tho but if you only need it a few hours it won't cost you more than a few cents. http://www.vultr.com

The last time I tested, I had problems running it on 64-bit wine prefix, but it worked on 32-bit.

VMWare works for me on Win10x64. It requires good PC but it works and installation is fast and easy.

It is (or was?) possible with the Sandboxie-Software, I did it once. It was a long time ago (MTA:SA 1.3) and I am uncertain if it still works, but here is how I remember doing it:
1.: Start MTA:SA in a sandbox.
2.: MTA should spurt out an error about fonts. Copy all the fonts from MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui into (I think) C:\Sandboxie\C\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui
3.: After doing this, you can launch MTA two times. I think you need to start the first copy without sandboxie, and the second one with. I could be wrong tho.

Or if you have 200$ laying around, get yourself some cheap Windows tablet and run it on that. OR just find a friend to help you :v
