After/besides doing what ccw said.. create a crashdump of crashing installer process.

Open notepad, paste in this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\mtasa-1.5.2.exe]
"DumpCount"=dword:00000002
"DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,64,00,75,00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00
"DumpType"=dword:00000001

Click file > save As, and name it crashcatch.reg (under All files type)

Now go to where you saved it, and double click > merge it to Registry.

After doing this, run the installer again and wait for it to crash ('has stopped working'), then go to folder C:/dumps and get the latest dumpfile from it, then upload this to https://upload.mtasa.com/ and share link here.

and when i try crashcatch thing it said this is not a valid file

I made a mistake with spacing/tabbing in the selected text.

Add this into the .reg file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\mtasa-1.5.2.exe]

"DumpCount"=dword:00000002

"DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,64,00,75,00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00

"DumpType"=dword:00000001

dutchman i did what you said but there is no dumps folder

The .reg contents are made for the installer filename mtasa-1.5.2.exe, make sure you use the installer from https://mtasa.com > Download, or rename the installer you're using to mtasa-1.5.2.exe.

For example, ccw provided you experimental installers to see if it solved your problem (using links)

so I think you got a different filename that leads to the C:/dumps folder not existing because its not working on the original installer filename ccw provided for

TL;DR - just get an installer from mtasa.com (official) and let it crash to get the dump, or rename the one you're using to mtasa-1.5.2.exe

Find this file: C:\ProgramData\System32\SafeGuard32.dll

and upload here: https://upload.mtasa.com/

Then:

1. Install Avast: https://www.avast.com/

2. From Avast GUI: Scan->Scan for viruses->Boot-timeScan

3. Restart PC and wait for Avast to complete the scan

Repair Windows:

1. Start CMD as administrator

2. Enter command: sfc /scannow

(More help about this step from here: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-ru ... ws-7-vista)

Download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop.

* Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically.

* Without changing any options, press Scan to begin.

* After the short scan is finished, if threats are detected press Next to remove them.
