I go to MTA and click on a server. I hit play game. I hit play multi theft auto. AND BAM after it loads the game goes back to MTA.

which version of mta (should be .5)

which game? (gta3 or vc)

what version of the game (1.0 or 1.1)

are you using a crack

is this a downloaded/burnt copy of the game

VC

but it worked on my friends downloaded crack

piothepio, judging by the information you gave us, I believe that the problem resides in the executable your using.. Try a different executable.. Some unofficial executables might cause unexpected behaviour when playing mta..

If you rename it, ensure to change it from .asi - vc loads all .asi files it finds.

Sometimes crashes to the desktop can be caused by graphics card drivers. Try updating to your newest graphics, sound and chipset drivers and see if the problem persists.

Also, do you have a censored version of the game?

have you ran the game before in single player before you tried it with mta? and is your game language set to english?
