Scorp Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 well when u go into a MTA:GTA III server u get 2000$ as a start of, now a shotgun costs 1500$ and a uzi costs 500$ (with many clips ) so just get ur ass to ammu-nation and go buy some weps! here's a map made by MAD_BOY that shows of the weapon pick-ups to http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=8949 NOTE: this topic has nuthin to do with MTA:Blue and nxt time use the search button will ya?
+FKU+VVolven Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 (edited) Scorp, notice anywhere in your post you never answered the question? TooCrooked, I also use a gamepad (except for shooting) and as far as I know, the MTA ammu-nation doesn't recognize controllers. Use A and D to switch between weapons, W to buy and S to sell. It might not work if you changed the default keyboard controls. Have fun. Edited September 22, 2004 by Guest
Scorp Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 Scorp, notice anywhere in your post you never answered the question? i just noticed that my post was useless soz TooCrooked i misunderstood u for a n00b that didn't even know how to buy weapons as i know nuthin about gamepads for GTA i should've just shut my mouth edit: just realised this post was a useless bump guess the guy got the q answered. lock it up now?
TooCrooked Posted September 23, 2004 Author Posted September 23, 2004 sorry for wrong forum. thanks for the assistance thus far - however my problem persists as i did change almost all of the default keys in GTAIII. my new question is this... what ACTIONS are bound to the keys you said buy sell and select the different weapons? for instance, with my keybinds, i have to use the handbrake (becuase my controller is set to emulate the PSone controller) to get into a car as a passenger. based on that, we can say that the "handbrake" action is what the MTA guys decided would get you into a car as a passenger... sooo.... what ACTION actually buys cars? shoot? next target? next weapon? etc?
Slothman Posted September 23, 2004 Posted September 23, 2004 move forward is for buying move backward for selling clips strafe left and right to select left and right enter vehicle to exit the menu and like you experienced, this does not always do the same on a jooystick, so stick witrh the keyboard.
