That bug is within VC itself, remember when getting passengers on the back of the bike in singleplayer, they can get stuck there. Just like with the crashes.

It would be very convient if the passenger could just sit there without crashing, I often mistakely sit as passenger when the driver goes off and then go crashing

I think this might be quite a hard for them to remove.

well they stopped accepting reports (does this mean they see a patern in them?)

eAi said that they received 17,000 reports if I recall correctly, and there are only a finite number of possible errors, so 17,000 is probably overkill.

On the subject of crashes, what will happen in 0.4.5 when someone tries to get on a motorbike as a passenger when there's no driver? Will it:

a) Remain unchanged?

b) Automatically set the person as driver instead?

c) Set them as passenger and not crash?

d) Display a message and not allow them to get on the bike until there's a driver?

Well, the passenger thing is in the scm, so I'm sure they could spice up some kind of check to make sure there is a driver before it puts you on the passenger seat.

I know that they could do it, I was just wondering if they would do it for 0.4.5 or leave it for Blue.
