You can also stand next to "it" (or him whatever) by doing the helicopter-glitch. So you fly underwater with it. I've included this in one of my video's once.

Yeah, but in MTA Blue you could code it to detect that and respawn you, most likely.

Personally I dont see the challenge if nothing can hurt you in stunt mode. You'd never lose cash for messing up your stunts so badly that you died, or lose time searchign for a health pickup to heal you to prevent same. It would be one less 'feature' and reduce the competitive edge even further.
