well on my computer i have 10 green lights:

1 on the monator; if this is the case make sure the wires are in tight

3 on the keboard; if this is the case move the mouse to the top left of the screen and see if that helps

1 on the system; it means the computer is loading

1 on the cd rom drive; tkae out the disk and it should stop

4 on the cabel modem; dont go there

not much information. Whats the case? New computer? Built it himself? Random fuck up? New hardware?

Most likely somethins not in right, has broken, or isn't compatible

Does it make some beeping noises? Because the form of the beeping could be a sign of whats wrong...thats what I did when my ram was fucked...

well the network card stoped working the other day i put in my old one that worked it went into windows but when i rebooted it i did not here no beeps or anything

Well... thats most likely the problem. Take it out and boot it up.
