Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Press 'n' when asked.

I do use mods but I ignored them for being the cause because mta worked fine before, with the mods. I already reinstalled gta couple of times but it still didn't work

Can you please upload your gta_sa.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\gta_sa.exe) to http://upload.mtasa.com? It's not the reference version and could be the cause.

Maybe. I am using crack, tho it always worked with crack. I tested with the original Gta from a friend with CD but still didnt work.

Using the CD when you still have the faulty gta_sa.exe present isn't going to affect anything.

Re-install GTA or recover the original gta_sa.exe.

Please install the following:

Graphics driver
Audio driver
Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
