Not responding error

Hey allz i got a new problem first has been resolved.When i press connect says Entering the game... and after Not Responding.I have waited 10 minutes before the error.sometimes i receiving a crash report.I do not know what to do.The error contains a d3d9 file in system 32.pls help

and i found that using the offset of your MTA crash, guess what... the person having it there also had this crash with MTA
