Is there any way that I can run a public server even though I am networked to 2 other computers and behind a router firewall?

My server works between computers on the network amazing, however

no one else can join :(

If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I opened up those ports using my router config utility, and

I found my actual ip (not the 192.168.123.100 one) it's 69.192.5.169.

Now how does someone join my game?? Do I run the server with 192 ?

I'm confused and annoyed.

Please help the retarded...

thanks

Actually I think he was asking more along the lines of "How does someone find the server?"

Well, hopefully they find it in ASE...

I've already hosted on several occasions and it never shows up in ASE.

(Yes I "Register the Server with All-Seeing Eye.")

Do I run the server with 192

You don't have to worry about that. If you just start the server, any clients that see it on All-Seeing Eye will automatically get the 69.192.5.169 IP.. (<--- That is your actual Internet IP)

If you are forwarding the ase port as robpol said then ase should be displaying your correct internet ip.

Note ASE port is server port plus 123, so game:2003, ase:2126, game:2001, ase 2124 etc.

You may also want to forward whichever port you set for the admin console if you wish to allow external players to administrate your server.
