missing file

i can connect to games and talk to people, but when i click start game, it brings up a window to choose a program to start with. i click gtavc.exe and afetr clikcing it it says.

ERROR: 'mta.dll.dll could not be found

please reinstall, or reset game path.

i click reset game patch, it says:

please restart mta to apply changes. i close and then reopen mta. click start game and it still says same thing.

please help
