You can download the packager and installer. I am by no means trying to give codenamevice credit for this program but i must say.. Thanks for keeping it alive !

EVERYthing in the gtavc community you dont get anything from it ... so .. the point why they stoped is ... I think that the MTA team are just happy with recognition and respect that they get within the community. Some people, however, have higher goals. MTA:SA FAQ - Read this before asking questions.
